SariNails is a one-chair nail studio in Philadelphia, run by Yosaris Torres. This policy explains what I collect when you book, why, and what I will never do with it.
When you book an appointment:
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, my payment processor. They go straight from your browser to Stripe and are never stored on this site or seen by me. Stripe keeps a token so a deposit or a no-show fee can be charged as described in the Terms.
If you tick the box when booking, I will text you about that appointment: a confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a note as the time gets close. If a no-show fee is charged, you get a text saying so.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
These are messages about your own appointment. I do not send marketing or promotional texts. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP, or by asking me.
Only the services needed to run the booking, and only the part each one needs:
Each is a processor acting on my behalf. I do not sell your information, and I do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.
Appointment and client records are kept while you are a client of the studio and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that your history and any payment records stay accurate. You can ask me to delete yours.
The booking system is not intended for anyone under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them. A minor's appointment should be booked by a parent or guardian using their own details.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
